2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive medications (e.g., insulin, vaccines, biologicals).

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your medicinal product qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will not include shipping and handling charges unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We only replace medicinal products if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

6. Shipping Returns
